During holidays, orders normally processed will not be processed until the next Business day.
Approximate time of delivery after the order dispatch is as described below (this is our official time) but it takes much lesser time, normally you should receive your order within 8-10 days of ordering. In case of public holiday at dispatch location or delivery location, delivery time may take longer.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number and the service providers name which will let you track your order online, from our warehouse to your doorstep 24X7. This tracking facility is available for orders shipped through express courier and in some cases in orders shipped through registered Express Air mail.
If for any reason your order does not arrive, a credit will be applied to your credit card equal to the amount of your purchase, or a replacement shipment will be sent to you.
Notify the pharmacy of lost shipment if any by email to that includes your order No. and the courier tracking number. The pharmacy will immediately investigate the circumstances of your case, and contact you and either re-ship the order to you free of all additional charge, or refund your total purchase price. Refunds will be made by electronic credit back to your initial source of payment.
Our Refunds policy
If for some reason, your order does not show up or is damaged in transit, we will ship you another package or issue you a full refund as per your request. If however, you received a partial order, we will issue you a full refund, and then charge your Credit Card again for the remaining balance (so you are fully refunded, and then charged only for the product (s) you received).
We will ask you to first allow 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after those 30 days, you have not received the package, or if you received any notification that your package was on hold or returned to sender, please send us a mail and we will take care of your request promptly.
